How do I earn Novus Reward Points?
We value your business and the reward program is our way of saying thank you for choosing to shop at Novus Design!
In order to receive rewards, you must be a registered user on our website. Please note, you must be logged into your account in order to receive or redeem reward points. Points will not be awarded for portions of orders paid with gift cards, gift certificates, gift codes, or promo codes. Orders placed via Ebay are not eligible for reward points as only registered users for the website are able to participate.
- You will receive 100 points when you create your account
- Signup for our newsletter and receive 200 points
- Purchases receive 10 points per $1 spent
- Points are redeemed $1 per 60 points
How do I spend my Novus Design Reward Points?
Using your Reward Points is easy! Each item displays the number of reward points needed and you can redeem your reward points in your shopping cart. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Shopping Cart area of checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
It's that easy! No coupon codes to enter, no further registration required. Your Reward Points balance is tied to your customer account, so make sure you've registered in order to start taking advantage of extra savings.
Do my Reward Points expire?
No. Once you have earned Reward Points and they are credited to your customer account, they will accumulate until you decide to spend them.
Are my Rewards Points redeemable for cash?
No, your Rewards Points are only redeemable during checkout for a discount on your current order.
How do I get Reward Points for Product Reviews?
Simply post a review for any product you have purchased, and 300 reward points will be added to your account. Yup it is that simple!
Can I use my Reward Points retroactively to receive a refund on a previous order?
No. Reward Points are only redeemable on orders placed after you have earned them.
I've created an order, but my Rewards Points haven't shown up yet. What's wrong?
Reward Points become available for redemption as soon as your order has been fully processed and the status is changed to shipped.
Disclaimer: Limit one customer account per household. Please note: the Rewards Program is just that: a reward. Any customers found attempting to fraud or abuse the points program will find their accounts deleted and orders canceled. If multiple accounts are found for one household, all but one account will be deleted and you will not get to keep the points from the deleted accounts.
